Why can’t I watch every title?
Most titles are sample catalogue concepts and do not have licensed video sources. Use Discover → Playable films to find Big Buck Bunny and the official Sintel teaser, or look for a Playable label.
How do I use the player?
Use your browser’s video controls to play, pause, seek, change volume and enter fullscreen. Source availability, fullscreen and format support can vary by browser and device.
How is my playback position saved?
While signed in, your viewing position is saved about every 20 seconds and when playback pauses, finishes or you leave the player. It belongs to your active family profile.
Can my family have separate profiles?
Yes. Sign in and open Profiles to create up to six named profiles with different avatars. Each profile keeps its own lists and viewing progress. Profiles are organizational, not separate account or parental-control security boundaries.
How do I recover my password?
Open Sign in, select Forgot password, enter your email, then use the emailed code to choose a new password. A magic sign-in link is also available.
Can I download a film?
A download option appears only when the catalogue explicitly permits it. The bundled Blender open films allow redistribution with attribution; keep the original credits and license information.
How can the owner publish more content?
The owner signs in, opens Content admin, and adds titles, uploaded posters, licensing notes and authorized HTTPS video sources. Series can have seasons and individual episodes. Only server-authorized administrators can publish changes.
